  • Legal business name and EIN

  • Business address and contact information

  • Entity type (Sole Proprietor, LLC, S-Corp, Partnership)

  • Prior year financial statements (if available)

  • Business bank statements (monthly)

  • Business credit card statements

  • Loan statements (if applicable)

  • Merchant processor statements (Square, Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, etc.)

  • Sales reports or invoices

  • Deposit summaries

  • 1099-K forms (if issued)

  • Platform statements (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
